Elevation of the Maxillary sinus floor
After loss of teeth an alveolar bone disappears and a floor of sinus is lowering. It makes a situation in which the thickness of the bone is too small to make implants - their endings would be placed directly in a light of the maxillary sinus, what is unacceptable. The solution is a treatment of an elevation of the Maxillary sinus floor. It involves buiulding up of bones by shallowing of a maxillary sinus. In a place which we want to rebuild we put up a special material, which after a few months after surgery, due to the body's regenerative properties, transforms into a high-quality, patient's own bone tissue. It uses exactly the same mechanism thanks to what the broken bones are knitted.
