Digital X-ray images
An indispensable elements of root canal treatment are the X-ray/ RVG images. In our office we use the latest equipment in order to get digital radiographs. The use of digital technology allows you to reduce the radiological dose absorbed by the patient up to 90% compared to the traditional method of taking pictures on the X-ray plates. Image of the picture we get on the computer screen just a few seconds after taking the picture - it helps to shorten the overall treatment time and make the computer processing of images for better diagnosis.
Root canal treatment with use of a microscope
The dental microscope is an invaluable tool for dentists to perform a very thorough and comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of dental diseases. Good visibility is the foundation of a proper dental treatment and a strong zoom of a vision is a guarantee to improve the accuracy of work in all fields of dentistry. A microscope increases the precision of work during root canal treatment, allows the location and a work on thin and curved root canals, removal of broken instruments, overcomes obstructions in the root canals, a repeat root canal treatment. It is also helpful for the diagnosis of vertical cracks in a crown and a root, to find additional channel or its fork and treatment of endocervical perforation.
